All Hallows' Eve

Most of the people on the blog are thirteen to fourteen years old and are a little too old for trick or treating. Their Poptropicans are sure having fun, though!

Petpet (Speedy Wing) looks quite menacing with her fangs and scythe. She says, "Although I'm a vampire, I don't want to harm humans. My goal in life, is to destroy other vampires causing harm. I am a vampire hunter."

Yay! Red Wing was the winner of the Poptropica Secrets Fall Fashion contest! (sorry I couldn't find her description!)

Coolgyal's looking pretty stylish as a vampire elf. But where, may I ask, are her legs??

Now for meh. I am a psycho killer with a chain saw who is out to get candy. And blood. Lots of blood.

One last thing. If any of you are reading this, I'd like to congratulate the winners of the Halloween Costume Contest. These, in no particular order, are Mighty Heart, Shaggy Heart, Little Coyote, and Silver Skull. Great costumes you guys!

Peace out,
Dizzy Carrot

Author Intros: Dizzy Carrot

Heya, peeps! First thing's first. I want to thank Petpet for inviting me to this site. Now on to the good stuff.

I live in the US, southwest to be exact. I am rather short compared to other people in my grade but I'm two years younger than them. Let me clarify: I skipped two grades, but I will not brag and say which ones. I have reddish brown hair and brown eyes, and most people just call me the Penguin Girl for my love of penguins and snow.

Lots of things can describe my personality. Designer, creative, pragmatic, and lazy to name a few. In my spare time I crochet, make jewelry, draw, and play the violin. Not to mention play Poptropica. I also love to listen to music, but mostly dubstep (thank you Kat).

My favorite colors are aqua and silver. Just throwing that out there.

Blue

People I hate include disloyal friends, people who brag, and ones who say 'beast' or 'like a boss'. People I like include Canadians, people who over-emoticon, and ones who create their own amazing blogs.

One last thing. In case you didn't already know, I'd prefer if you don't call me DC. As quoted from my signature: I am neither a captal city nor a place where Batman came from. I am a carrot that is dizzy, and nothing can change that. Call me Dizzy or just plain DizzyCarrot.

P.S: Some of you may know about my new blog, A Simple Piece of String. It's not that I'm not posting anymore, it's just my camera is broken (yet again!) and I won't be able to show any of my work until I get it or my phone fixed. I'm still doing my Poptropica fashions, though.

Ciao for now,
Dizzy Carrot

Whew.... September's gone and over.

Hey guys. So, my first non-intro post on here. Probably 'cause Ive been so busy. So, school's started for a month. Thoughts? Ideas? New classmates? Well, the drama's probably started cooking up already.

Not a surprise, with a place with so many different people. And now, there's the cool autumn weather coming, and Halloween as well.

Anyways, here's a quick summary of how my first month went....

School started, a day after Labour's Day (As Im Canadian... And proud of it!). I wasnt exactly looking forward to it, as I had really gotten used to the idea of "summer vacation". I was sort of the outcast, as the only great friend I had met moved to a different school. Anyways, the first day was only an hour long.

A day later, we got split into our new classes. I had heard this teacher was strict. We started working on reviews almost IMMEDIATELY when we got to the classroom (Well, after introductions, and a few notes on where everything in the classroom was).

A week later, I got to know one of my new classmates. She seemed nice. I started to get into the groove of the classroom. I started being friends with a friend in the other Grade 6 class.

Two weeks later, I started stirring a bit. I started believing that this teacher was not only strict, she was like a wooden board, or perhaps even just TOO organized. If that's possible. It seemed that she did the SAME thing every year, on the same day, with the same expectations for everyone. She treated everyone EXACTLY the same, whether they were capable of doing it, whether they loved to draw, loved to write, or if they were great students, or if they liked to butter up the teacher.

Just last week, something clicked. I now have three projects due to look forward to in this following week, three shots for Grade 6, a piano performance in front of a crowd, and crush troubles. Argh.....

That wasnt such a quick short summary after all! :P

So, autumn's here, the weather's flipping to cold, and the world is changing. Anyways, comment, and maybe say a thing or two about your thoughts on your first month.
